Our Story
Rock Elm is owned & operated locally by ALLY Restaurants. Started by two friends, Troy Reding & Brad Sorenson, over a bump of bourbon. They decided to open a restaurant in their community where they could have great food & meet up with friends over a drink. The Plymouth, Minnesota location was established in 2015. The scratch kitchens of Rock Elm are now on the road! Book the Rock Elm Rig food truck for your upcoming event.
